Black Crown Piton White Padel Racket (2025)

£139.80

The Black Crown Piton White padel racket from 2025 is a round carbon racket for intermediate to advanced players who like control: a 3K carbon face with a 5D texture, a medium EVA core and a 38 mm profile, listed at 360 to 370 g. It is the firmer of the two White Pitons.

No independent review of it exists that we could find, so everything here comes from retailer specs. Where those disagree, on balance and weight, the page says so.

What the Piton White 2025 is made of

The listings agree on the build: a round head, a 3K carbon surface with a 5D texture for spin and a carbon frame with Low Density Piton Glass reinforcement. The core is a medium-density EVA, and one listing calls it SC White EVA. The profile is 38 mm and shops classify the racket for intermediate to advanced players.

Weight is 360 to 370 g where it is given, and one listing leaves it blank and offers custom weights on request. Balance is the one number worth hesitating over. One listing says medium-low and another says low, while our own tag says medium. Either way, nobody calls it head heavy.

Piton White, White Soft or Piton 14?

The names are easy to mix up. The Piton White Soft is a separate 2025 listing with a softer, dual-density core according to Zona de Padel. The White on this page is the medium-core version, so expect a firmer response than the Soft. The 2026 racket is the Piton 14, which Padelful scores 8.3 overall.

We have not confirmed that the White maps to the Piton 13 in Black Crown's numbering, and no source calls it a limited edition. The Piton family page explains how the generations work.

Who should skip the Piton White

Anyone who wants a verdict before buying: there is no independent test of this racket and the balance is not confirmed in millimetres. It is also not a power racket, so players who want to smash from the back should look at the diamond padel racket range. New players can start with our beginner padel rackets, and the control padel rackets page shows the round alternatives.

Not for you if

You need a reviewed racket, you want power on a smash or you want a soft, cushioned feel. For softer, see the White Soft.

Setting up a Piton White

A racket protector is the first buy, then an overgrip from the padel grips range. Use steady padel balls, wear padel shoes built for sand-filled turf and carry the racket in a padel bag with a thermal pocket.

Our guide to choosing a padel racket explains shape and weight, and the full padel racket range has the rest.
