Dunlop FX Hybrid Team Padel Racket (2026)

£127.44

The Dunlop FX Hybrid Team padel racket is the even-balance version of Dunlop's hybrid FX: about 360 g, a medium balance, a Pro EVA core and a rough graphite surface, for improving players who want a balance of power and control. Tennisnuts lists a generous sweet spot and a counter-attacking focus.

Sources split on the level, with the spec line saying advanced and the description saying intermediate, and on whether the face is graphite or carbon and glass. We found no independent test scores.

What the FX Hybrid Team is

Tennisnuts lists a hybrid head with a 38 mm profile, a graphite main construction with fibreglass reinforcement, a rough graphite surface and a Pro EVA core said to add feel and responsiveness. The named technologies are Force Bridge for frame stability, SpinBoost for spin and Power Holes for accuracy. All three are the maker's claims.

The medium, even balance is what separates it on paper from the head-heavy FX Hybrid, and it should make the racket quicker to bring through at the net and easier on a tired arm.

Balance is the biggest difference on paper.

Advanced or intermediate, graphite or carbon?

The Tennisnuts specification lists the level as advanced, while its own description says the racket is built for intermediate players, and our catalogue tags it intermediate. For the face, Tennisnuts says graphite and an earlier seller category says carbon and glass.

Read it as an intermediate racket with some room to grow, and check the listing for the face material if that matters to you. It is the same weight class as most improver rackets, so the balance is the part to care about.
