Bullpadel Cloud Series: Pearl Cloud 25 Padel Racket

£169.99

Bullpadel Cloud rackets take a pro shape and rebuild it soft: an ultrasoft CloudEva core, a flexible Elastic Fiber face and a CarbonTube frame. The Pearl Cloud 25 is the Cloud version of Bea González's diamond, for players who want an attacking shape with more comfort and easier depth than the standard Pearl.

Nobody has published independent scores for the Pearl Cloud itself, so we won't pretend otherwise. What we can show is what the Cloud build measurably does on the Bullpadel rackets that have been scored in both versions.

Pearl Cloud or the standard Pearl?

The shape and the name are the same; the inside isn't. The standard Pearl, now the Pearl 26 and Pearl 27, uses a Fibrix glass-and-carbon face over MultiEVA. The Pearl Cloud swaps both for Elastic Fiber, a flexible glass filament, over CloudEva, Bullpadel's softest core. Tennis Warehouse describes it as a softer, more user-friendly version of González's racket, and Padel Nuestro rates its hardness medium.

In practice that means a more cushioned contact and more help on depth, at the cost of some of the Pearl's punch and precision. If you love the Pearl's shape but your arm doesn't love its stiffness, this is the version to look at.

What the Cloud build does, in numbers

Two Bullpadel rackets come in both standard and Cloud versions with Padelful scores for each. On the Neuron 02, the Cloud raises rebound from 7.8 to 9.3 and lowers control from 9.4 to 8.2; on the Hack 04 Hybrid, rebound again goes from 7.8 to 9.3 while power drops from 8.6 to 6.3. The pattern is consistent: the ball comes off the face with far less effort, and you give up some precision and punch.

We'd expect the Pearl Cloud to follow the same pattern against the standard Pearl, but that's an inference from its siblings, not a test of this racket. Treat it as a guide to the character, not a score.

The Bullpadel Cloud range

Bullpadel uses the same soft recipe across several shapes. The Neuron 02 Cloud 26 is the control racket of the group; the Hack 04 Hybrid Cloud 26 is the quickest in the hand; the Pearl Cloud is the attacking diamond, and the Vertex 05 W Cloud 26 is a lighter Vertex. Pick the shape you'd choose anyway and the Cloud build comes with it.

Who should buy the Pearl Cloud?

Players who like to attack from the net with a diamond, play often, and want a softer contact than a standard pro frame gives. Shops list it for advanced players; our view is that the softer build also suits strong intermediates who already have a reliable overhead. Our padel rackets for women and diamond padel racket pages show the alternatives.

Not for you if

You want the most power and the sharpest feedback the Pearl offers, you play a placement game where extra rebound sends touch shots long, or you want a racket backed by test scores rather than its siblings. The Pearl 26 has the scores; the Neuron 02 Cloud is the softer control option.

Setting up a Pearl Cloud

The frame takes Bullpadel's 3 g CustomWeight plates, so a set of four 3 g CustomWeight weights lets you add head weight back if the soft build feels too gentle. A fresh overgrip keeps it secure; our padel grips page covers thickness, and the racket protector page covers frame tape for the diamond head.

For balls, a tube of Bullpadel Next suits club play, and our padel balls page explains why fresh pressure matters. The women's padel shoes and the full padel shoes range cover grip on sand-dressed turf. See the Bullpadel rackets page, every padel racket we sell and our guide to choosing a padel racket.

Bullpadel Cloud Series: Pearl Cloud 25 Padel Racket: questions people ask

What does Cloud mean on a Bullpadel racket?

A Cloud racket keeps the shape of a pro model but uses an ultrasoft CloudEva core and a flexible Elastic Fiber face, for more comfort and easier depth. On the Cloud rackets Padelful has scored, rebound rises by about a point and a half.

Is the Bullpadel Pearl Cloud good for intermediate players?

Shops list it for advanced players, but its softer build suits strong intermediates who already attack at the net. Newer players are better served by a round or hybrid racket.

Pearl Cloud or Pearl 26: which should I buy?

The Pearl 26 is the firmer, punchier racket and has independent scores behind it. The Pearl Cloud trades some of that punch for a softer contact and easier depth. Pick on how much comfort matters to you.

How do I look after a Bullpadel Pearl Cloud?

Soft cores dislike heat, so keep it out of hot cars and in a cover. Fit frame tape to the diamond head and replace the overgrip when it turns smooth.

How heavy is the Bullpadel Pearl Cloud 25?

Shop listings give about 355 to 365 g with a high balance and a 38 mm profile. CustomWeight plates add 3 g each.

Which other Bullpadel Cloud rackets are there?

The Neuron 02 Cloud 26 (control), the Hack 04 Hybrid Cloud 26 (quick, all-court) and the Vertex 05 W Cloud 26 (a lighter Vertex) use the same soft approach in different shapes.
