Bullpadel Vertex Advance 26 Padel Racket

£111.90

The Bullpadel Vertex Advance is the club version of the Vertex: the same attacking diamond shape and high balance, built with a Glaphite face and a medium-soft EVAlastic core instead of carbon and MultiEVA. It's for improving players who like to attack and want the Vertex shape without the demands of a pro racket. This is the 2026 edition, at 365 to 375 g.

Padelful scores it 7.6 overall, with an easy 8.9 for rebound. Extreme Tennis calls it friendlier than a pro Vertex, and that's exactly its job.

Where the Vertex Advance sits among Bullpadel diamonds

Bullpadel builds the diamond shape at three levels. At the entry end, the Indiga PWR 26 uses fibreglass over a soft core. At the top, the Vertex 05 27 uses 12K carbon over MultiEVA. The Vertex Advance sits in between, and Padelful's scores put it there too: more power, control, handling and sweet spot than the Indiga PWR, and well short of the pro racket on every count except rebound.

That last point is worth noticing. At 8.9, the Advance's rebound is actually higher than the pro Vertex's 8.5, because the softer core and face throw the ball out more easily on a slower swing. It's a racket that helps you, which is what most improvers need.

Bullpadel Vertex Advance review: easy power, slower hands

Overheads come easily. Padelful's reviewers picked out easy smash power, comfortable damping and clean volleys, and Justpadel found it gave better defensive control than the harder Vertex models. For a player in their second or third season, that combination of help on the smash and a forgiving response is the appeal.

The head weight still shows. Defence feels head-heavy, touch shots lose some bite, and it's slower in fast exchanges at the net, where manoeuvrability scores 6.9. If you want quick hands at the back of the court, a rounder racket will serve you better.

Is the Vertex Advance right for your level?

Bullpadel and the shops place it from beginner-plus to intermediate, and Justpadel stretches that to intermediate and advanced players who want more margin. In practice it's the diamond to buy once you've played a season, your overhead is coming together and you want something with more pace than a starter racket. When you outgrow it, the Fibrix-faced Vertex 04 Comfort 2025 and Vertex 05 Comfort are the natural next steps before the full carbon Vertex.

Who should skip the Vertex Advance?

First-timers who've never played a racket sport should start round: the Indiga CTR 26 is the obvious Bullpadel choice, and the best padel racket for beginners page explains why. Players who defend more than they attack will be happier with the rounder Hack Advance 26, the forgiving sibling built on the same materials.

Not for you if

You want quick hands in fast exchanges, you mostly defend from the back, or you expect pro-level precision because it says Vertex. It's a head-heavy club racket, and a good one, but not a carbon flagship.

Kit for a Vertex Advance player

An overgrip first: a pack of white Bullpadel overgrips keeps the handle tacky, and the padel grips page explains when to change one. A diamond head meets the floor on low balls, so fit Bullpadel frame protection early; see the racket protector page for more.

A tube of the Bullpadel FIP Next is a sound choice for club play, and our padel balls page explains why fresh balls matter. Carry it in the Vertex backpack or, with spares, the four-racket Bullpadel Advance bag, and wear proper padel shoes on sand-filled turf. The diamond padel rackets page, the Bullpadel rackets page, the full padel racket range and our guide to choosing a padel racket cover the rest.

Bullpadel Vertex Advance 26 Padel Racket: questions people ask

Is the Bullpadel Vertex Advance the same racket as the Vertex 05?

No. It shares the diamond shape and head-heavy balance, but uses a Glaphite face and an EVAlastic core instead of 12K carbon and MultiEVA. It is a club racket, softer and more forgiving than the pro Vertex.

Is the Bullpadel Vertex Advance good for beginners?

For a beginner who has played tennis or squash, it can work. For a complete newcomer, a round racket such as the Indiga CTR 26 is easier. The Advance makes most sense after your first season.

Vertex Advance or Hack Advance: which should I buy?

The Vertex Advance is a diamond for players who attack; the Hack Advance is a rounder, more forgiving racket on similar materials. Pick the Vertex if your overhead wins you points, the Hack if you defend more.

How long will a Bullpadel Vertex Advance last?

Most players outgrow it before it wears out. Fit frame protection, keep it in a cover and out of hot cars, and change the overgrip regularly.

How heavy is the Bullpadel Vertex Advance 26?

Bullpadel lists 365 to 375 g with a high balance, so it feels heavier in the hand than a round racket of the same weight.

What is EVAlastic?

It is the name Bullpadel gives the medium-soft EVA core in its Advance rackets. It returns the ball easily on slower swings, which is why the Vertex Advance scores well for rebound.
