Dunlop Nanomax Lite Padel Racket (2026)

£64.80

The Dunlop Nanomax Lite padel racket is a light, forgiving first racket for beginners and casual players: about 350 g, a hybrid head, a soft EVA core and a rough textured face. Tennisnuts rates it beginner to intermediate and aims it at emerging players who want something easy to swing.

Sellers disagree on the balance, the head shape and even the weight, which we set out below. We found no independent test scores, so this page sticks to what listings say.

What the Nanomax Lite is

Tennisnuts describes a lightweight, forgiving racket with a wide sweet spot, manageable power and improved control. The soft EVA core is said to absorb vibration, which may reduce arm fatigue, and the rough face is said to add friction for spin. It lists a counter-attacking focus, which in plain terms means it is built for placing the ball rather than hitting through it.

Light weight and a medium, even balance make it quick to swing and quick to react with at the net, which is what a newer player usually needs most.

Table of where sellers disagree on the Dunlop Nanomax Lite: 350 or 365 g, even, medium or 260 mm balance, hybrid or teardrop, graphite or carbon frame, and level

Even or medium, hybrid or teardrop?

Most listings give 350 g with a 10 g tolerance, though one retailer and one review say 365 g. Tennisnuts and PDH Sports call the balance even, Doittennis and Padelnuestro say medium and Tennis Warehouse gives 260 mm and describes it as the lower-balance version of the Nanomax Pro. Dunlop's own listing says hybrid, while Tennis Warehouse and PDH Sports describe a teardrop. The frame is graphite on Tennisnuts and carbon elsewhere.

Our catalogue tags it hybrid with a medium balance and beginner level. For an entry racket the difference between those labels is small, but check the year, because the 2025 and 2026 models are separate listings.
