Bullpadel Flow Light 2024 Padel Racket (Flow Light 24)

£84.99

The Bullpadel Flow Light 2024 padel racket is a light, round, head-light control racket for new players and anyone who wants quick hands and an easy ride on the arm. It weighs 350 to 360 g, puts a SoftEVA core behind fibreglass faces and keeps its balance down towards the grip.

Bullpadel has made this racket under the Flow Light name for at least three seasons, and Padelful has never scored two editions more than 0.3 apart on anything. The 2024, in coral pink and turquoise, is the oldest edition we list, which makes it the least expensive way into the line.

  • Round head, low balance
  • 350 to 360 g
  • SoftEVA core
  • Polyglass (fibreglass) faces
  • Padelful manoeuvrability 9.0
  • 38 mm profile

Flow Light 2024, 2025 or the 2023 W?

For 2023 Bullpadel sold it as the Flow Light W and filed it with its women's rackets. The W went in 2024; the racket, by every published measure, didn't change. Same round head, same 350 to 360 g window, same Polyglass and SoftEVA build, and the 2025 Flow Light repeats the recipe again.

Padelful's numbers wobble by tenths. The 2024 edition actually comes out on top for power (5.2) and control (7.6), the 2023 for rebound, and none of those gaps is big enough to feel in a club match. Choose the season by colour and by the price in the buy box. That's the honest answer, even if it's a dull one.

What a head-light round racket does for a new player

Most of what the Flow Light does comes from where its weight sits. With the balance low, the head feels lighter than the scales say, so the racket gets up in front of your face quickly at the net and comes back round in time when a ball fizzes off the side glass. Padelful scores manoeuvrability 9.0 out of 10 for exactly that reason.

There's a trade. A light head carries little momentum, so the pace on the ball is the pace you put into it, and Padelful's 5.2 for power is low even among club rackets. Learners rarely mind: in a first season the points are won by getting the ball back over the net, not through it. Compare it with Bullpadel's other Flow, Alejandra Salazar's Flow Legend 2026, which packs the same weight into a high-balanced diamond and behaves like a different sport.

Carbon frame or fibreglass? What the listings say

Bullpadel's own 2024 sheet is hard to find now, and the two detailed sources we could read disagree on two lines. Padelful's spec box lists a Polyglass (fibreglass) frame, while its review text and the Tennisnuts listing both name CarbonTube, Bullpadel's carbon frame tube. Weight, shape, balance and the soft core match everywhere.

The level is the other split. Padelful recommends it for beginners and control players; Tennisnuts says medium to high level. We side with Padelful on the evidence of its own scores: a 5.2 for power doesn't describe a racket for advanced players.

Against Bullpadel's other light club rackets

Bullpadel's entry range has three soft, round fibreglass frames, plus one step-up teardrop, and they split by weight and hands. The Indiga CTR 26 is 10 g heavier, hits a touch harder and is much slower to move. The Indiga W 26 matches the Flow Light's weight but scores lower for handling and sweet spot. The Ionic Light 26 is the one to buy if you want more power at the same weight and can stretch the budget.

Who it's for, and when to spend more

Beginners, lighter adults, juniors moving up to a full-size frame and returning players nursing an elbow will all get on with it. It also makes a sensible spare for a club bag. Our best padel racket for beginners, control padel racket and cheap padel racket pages set it against other brands, and the padel racket sale page collects the other outgoing seasons.

Not for you if

You already play twice a week and want help finishing at the net, or you're a big hitter who likes the racket to do some of the work. You'll outgrow it inside a season. The Ionic Light or a teardrop from our intermediate padel racket picks will last longer.

A starter kit around the Flow Light 24

Light rackets turn in a damp hand, so keep a three-pack of Bullpadel overgrips in the bag; our padel grip page explains thickness and when to swap. New players scrape the frame on the floor more than they'd admit, and a Bullpadel frame protector costs less than the first chip.

For balls, a tube of HEAD Pro S+ is a reliable club choice, and the padel balls page explains when a tube has gone soft. A Bullpadel racket cover is enough to carry one racket; see our padel bag range for more room. Proper padel shoes matter more than any racket on sand-dressed turf. Bullpadel Flow Light 2024 Padel Racket (Flow Light 24): questions people ask

Is the Bullpadel Flow Light 2024 the same as the Flow Light 2025?

On every published spec, yes: round, 350 to 360 g, low balance, Polyglass faces and a SoftEVA core. Padelful scores the two editions within 0.2 of each other. The finish is the main difference.

Is the Flow Light 24 suitable for a complete beginner?

Yes. It is light, head-light and round, so it is easy to swing and forgiving at the net. Strong adult beginners who want more weight behind the ball may prefer the heavier Indiga CTR.

Flow Light 2024 or Ionic Light 26: which should I buy?

The Flow Light is quicker in the hand and softer. The Ionic Light is a teardrop at the same weight with more power and a bigger sweet spot on Padelful, so it lasts longer as your game grows.

How do I make a Bullpadel Flow Light 24 last?

Tape the frame before your first session, keep it in a cover and out of a hot car, and replace the overgrip when it loses tack. A fibreglass racket with a soft core handles club knocks well if the frame is protected.

What is the grip size on the Flow Light 2024?

Padelful describes a standard-size handle that suits most hands. If it feels thin, add an overgrip or two rather than looking for a different racket.

Why is it called the Flow Light W in some shops?

That was the 2023 edition's name, when Bullpadel sold it as a women's racket. From 2024 Bullpadel sold the same light round racket simply as the Flow Light.
