Nox ML10 Pro Cup Coorp 2027 Padel Racket

£116.99

The Nox ML10 Pro Cup is Miguel Lamperti's round control racket for improving and intermediate players, and the Coorp is its classic version: 360 to 375 g, a smooth fibreglass face, a soft HR3 EVA core and a low balance that keeps the head quick on volleys. If you've heard club players talk about "the Pro Cup", this is the one they mean.

The Pro Cup has been in Nox's range since 2018, refreshed season by season, which is why you'll see Coorp (Nox's spelling), Corp and plain Pro Cup used for the same racket. This page covers the 2027 edition and how it differs from the Rough, the lighter Silver and the carbon Ventus.

Coorp, Rough, Silver or Luxury: which Nox ML10 Pro Cup is which?

Four names, one idea. Every ML10 Pro Cup shares Lamperti's round mould and a soft HR3 core; they differ in weight and in what the face is made of. The Coorp is the standard: full weight, smooth face, nothing added. The ML10 Pro Cup Rough is the same weight with a textured face for spin. The Pro Cup Silver, sold by some shops as the Pro Cup Light, takes about 10 g out.

Then there's the Luxury, the name you'll see on older carbon-faced Pro Cups. It was a firmer, punchier racket, and its spirit lives on in the ML10 Ventus Control 3K, Lamperti's round frame with a carbon face for players who've outgrown fibreglass.

Nox ML10 Pro Cup review: what the classic does well

It's a racket that makes the ball behave. Padelful scored the previous smooth Pro Cup, the 2025 edition, at 9.0 for control and 8.8 for the sweet spot, with 7.8 for power, and the 2027 Coorp is the same recipe; Padelful hasn't scored it separately yet. In plain terms: blocks land where you aim them, lobs from the back glass carry deep with very little swing, and mistimed volleys still go over.

The 2024 ML10 Pro Cup won Testea's lab-tested Best Hybrid Control award, and the line has been a fixture on control shortlists ever since. We'd rather judge it on court than on trophies, though, and on court the story is consistent: it rewards patience.

Power is the price. A flat smash won't finish many points, and a hard-hitting opponent at the net can push you around. Think of it as the reliable estate car of padel rackets; nobody buys one to win a drag race. If you want that round-head predictability with a firmer, carbon-faced feel, Babolat's Counter Viper 2.6 is the nearest rival.

Round ML10 Pro Cup or teardrop AT10 Pro Cup?

Nox also builds a Pro Cup on Agustin Tapia's teardrop mould. The AT10 Pro Cup Soft uses a similar soft-core, fibreglass recipe but moves the balance up the frame, so it hits a heavier ball at the cost of some forgiveness. If you're asking which to buy, the question is really round or teardrop.

Choose the round ML10 if you play mostly from the back, defend on the right side or are still finding the middle of the racket consistently. Choose the teardrop AT10 if you're comfortable at the net and want a little more help putting the ball away. Our teardrop padel rackets page explains that shape in more depth.

Who is the Nox ML10 Pro Cup for?

Players in their second season onwards who want one dependable racket for two or three years. It suits a beginner who already plays every week, a returning tennis player who keeps overhitting, and a solid intermediate who wins with placement. Our best padel racket for beginners and intermediate rackets pages put it in context with other brands' equivalents.

Weight matters more than the label here. At 360 to 375 g it is a full-weight adult racket; if a heavy frame tires your arm by the third set, the Silver is the same racket made lighter, and the Equation Hard Advanced is a firmer round Nox a few grams lighter again.

Not for you if

You finish most points with the smash, you're an advanced player who already generates plenty of pace, or you want lots of spin from the face. The Rough adds bite, the Ventus Control 3K adds crispness, and for outright power you need a teardrop or diamond.

Grip, protector and kit for the ML10 Pro Cup

Wrap the handle in a fresh overgrip before you play; the Nox Custom Grip is the brand's own, and our padel grips page explains tacky versus dry. Two overgrips add around 9 g at the butt and pull the balance even lower, which suits this racket's character if you like a very quick head.

Round frames spend a lot of time near the floor on defensive digs, so fit a racket protector early. For balls, a tube of Nox Nerbo is a sound club ball, and the padel balls guide covers pressure and lifespan. The ML10 Team racket bag carries two rackets and kit, or browse every padel bag. On court, padel shoes with a herringbone or omni sole grip sand-filled turf properly.

If you'd like to compare it with round rackets from other brands, the control padel rackets page lines them up, and the full padel racket range covers every shape. New to the shape question altogether? Start with our guide to choosing a padel racket.

Nox ML10 Pro Cup Coorp 2027 Padel Racket: questions people ask

Is the Nox ML10 Pro Cup Corp the same as the Coorp?

Yes. Nox spells it Coorp, and many shops, including our own listing, write Corp. Both refer to the standard smooth-faced ML10 Pro Cup at 360 to 375 g.

Nox ML10 Pro Cup Coorp or Rough: which should I buy?

Same mould, weight and core; the difference is the face. The Coorp is smooth and predictable, the Rough has a textured face that grips the ball for more spin on slice shots and víboras. Pick the Rough if you already play with spin, the Coorp if you want the cleanest, most consistent response.

Is the Nox ML10 Pro Cup good for beginners?

It suits a committed beginner who plays weekly: round, low balance, soft core and a forgiving fibreglass face. A complete newcomer may prefer something lighter or cheaper for the first few months, but the Pro Cup is a racket you can keep well into intermediate level.

What is the difference between the ML10 Pro Cup and the ML10 Pro Cup Luxury?

The Luxury name belonged to earlier carbon-faced Pro Cups, which felt firmer and hit harder. The 2027 Coorp is fibreglass and softer. If you want Lamperti's round shape with a carbon face today, look at the ML10 Ventus Control 3K.

How heavy is the Nox ML10 Pro Cup?

Nox lists 360 to 375 g before an overgrip. The Pro Cup Silver is the lighter option at 350 to 365 g. Each overgrip adds roughly 4 to 5 g at the handle.

How long does a Nox ML10 Pro Cup last?

There is no published lifespan. Soft cores lose a little liveliness with heavy use, so frequent players notice the rebound fading before anything breaks. A frame protector, a cover and keeping it out of hot cars all help it last longer.
